Description
This latest version of the Overrange variator kits includes the new fixed pulley of the Torque Driver torque converter system with an enlarged diameter. This enlarged pulley allows a much wider working range than the original smaller diameter pulley.
During development, our Malossi technicians paid particular attention to important details. The use of high-quality materials and thermodynamic processing of the components lead to a special surface hardening. Both pulley halves of the torque converter now have the same diameter and harmonize perfectly with each other. A new notched V-belt with a modified length allows full utilization of the possible power.
The new drive system is rounded off by a modified variator. The roller tracks and the liner mount have been modified to increase performance. This next generation variable drive is the result of years of development work in racing using the latest CAD-Cam technology.
To complement the drive system, Malossi offers the patented adjustable Delta Clutch clutch and the reinforced Wing Clutch Bell clutch bell (these products are not included in the kit).
