Original spare part from Piaggio for the Smallframe engines. Spongy ride does not always have to come from old shock absorbers.
Often it comes from the rubber mounts (silent block) in the engine crosshead, as these have usually never been changed.
These are then in the course of time often porous or defective, so that it comes to an unstable driving behavior.
