ASSEMBLY
For assembly, two holes must be drilled into the housing with a 5mm drill. Use the sheet metal as a template. Select the drilling depth according to the material thickness of the motor housing. The housing should not be drilled through (so-called blind hole drilling).

Set a corresponding thread with a M6 tap and then fix the sheet metal with screws of suitable length. Insert the screws with high-strength thread lock and tighten them with max. 10Nm.

To avoid such damage, preheat the housing with a hot-air dryer and place the bearings to be inserted in the freezer overnight or cool them down with cooling spray. Due to the large temperature difference the bearings can be inserted into the motor housing without any effort.
