Ignition / alternator 6V, 3 coils, 5 cables, AC (cars without battery)
Fits all Vespa from approx. 1960-1980 onwards, e.g. GL150 (VLA1T), Sprint150 (VLB1T), Sprint 150 Veloce (VLB1T)

A complete spare ignition base plate with all coils, contacts and capacitor is supplied. The connecting cables have the original colours, so the exchange is easy.

NOTE
Please adjust the coils to the existing pole wheel before installation. To do this, loosen the screws of the coils and adjust and retighten them accordingly. The clearance between the pole wheel and coils should be approx. 2/10mm.
The pole wheel should therefore have an internal diameter of 106.4mm. In Piaggio workshops they used a special tool (13768/C, no longer available) to center the coils on the ignition base plate. If the clearance of 2/10mm cannot be achieved by the offset of the coils, the ignition base plate together with the mounted coils can be turned to 106mm on a lathe.

Naja.

Sieht Qualitativ hochwerig aus. Leider streifen die Spulen im Polrad und müssen ordentlich nachgearbeitet werden. Natürlich habe ich berücksichtigt, dass man die Spulen einstellen muss-es geht sich jedoch trotzdem nicht aus(2 Polräder probiert gleiches Problem).
Die Kabel sind viel zu lange und müssen gekürzt werden. Schade um die schönen Anschlüsse! Besser wäre, die stecker einfach beizulegen und man kann sich das Kabel selbst ablängen.
Funtioniert sonst tadellos, leider halt wie so oft einne Bastlerei.
