Hardened to an average 60 HRC, Benelli parts offer just the perfect balance of sufficient hardness and necessary elasticity to withstand the enormous stresses in a racing engine over the long term.
Stefano now offers his vast expertise in the form of a complete gearbox for the GS150 Wideframe models. This includes the four gears, the auxiliary shaft, the auxiliary shaft axle as well as a shift cross including shift pin bushing.

MASSIVE GEARING
The Benelli gearbox has significantly fewer teeth (on the gears as well as on the auxiliary shaft) than the Pinasco one. This makes the so-called tooth base wider and the gearing thus much more stable.

DISTRIBUTION
The Benelli gearbox corresponds exactly to the original GS150 graduation. This is already very short stepped from the factory and corresponds to a PX200 gearbox with extra short third and fourth gear.

GEAR LENGTH + PRIMARY
The GS150 transmission with a 23/65 primary is roughly equivalent to a PX125 with classic 22/68 reduction. To reach the same ratio of a PX200, with the GS150 gearbox you need a long (straight) primary with 25/63 (available from BGM PRO).

Gear ratio BENELLI GS150:

1st gear: 58/12

2nd gear: 54/16

3rd gear: 50/20

4th gear: 46/24
