Complete revision set for the fork swing arm of the Vespa large frame models with 10 inch tyres from approx. 1966 onwards, thus suitable for e.g. Vespa Rally180 (VSD1T), Rally200 (VSE1T), Sprint150 (VLB1T), TS125 (VNL3T), GT125 (VNL2T), GTR125 (VNL2T), GL150 (VLA1T)

The set contains all parts needed for a complete revision, except for the brake pads and lubricants (see accessories).

STECHNICAL UPGRADE

The set contains, compared to the factory design, a double-encapsulated ball bearing on the wheel side. This is provided with a lifetime grease filling.

The use of an encapsulated bearing has several advantages:

On the swing arm side we use a ball bearing with slightly increased lateral clearance (C3). This allows the front wheel axle to run smoothly without any play. If a bearing without clearance is used here, as originally, the axle is always slightly clamped and increases the rolling resistance and the load on the bearing considerably.
