The cylinder has a diaphragm inlet, so the diaphragm inlet already provided in the engine case, but still cast, is not needed. The crankcase of the 200cc engine case now uses larger dimensioned bearings of the category 6205. Since the crankshaft seal of the drive side now sits outside the crankcase, screwing the primary pinion no longer secures the shaft against shifting. We recommend a Keihin PWK33 or PWK35 carburetor matching the intake manifold. Alternatively, Max Quattrini recommends a Dell'Orto VHST26 carburetor (jetting: HD: 135-138, ND: 35-38, mixing tube: HE270, needle: D36, slide 50)
In order to enjoy the powerful torque permanently, a Hartz4 clutch including clutch cover of the PK XL2 models should be used. As gear ratio the long primary reduction of the 125cc models can be used without problems (27/69 = 2.56). Spark plug NGK B9EG. Tires: 3.50-10. Setting Vespatronic 25° at 1500rpm.
The engine case does not use sealing paper. It is sealed with a liquid sealant such as Loctite 510 or Normfest Plastomar. Tightening torque of cap screws 18-20Nm (M8). Tightening torque of housing screws 8-10Nm (M6). Gear oil quantity: 500ml mineral monograde oil (e.g. Runge SAE30). Mixing ratio oil: 4% (1:25)
We expressly point out that the kit as such is coordinated with each other during assembly, however, a knowledgeable hand and further adjustment work are necessary, depending on the other components used and the respective base vehicle
