Earth wire for electronic ignition -BGM PRO Made in Germany- Vespa - for VAPE ignition

Description

Additional ground cable for double protection of the ground connection of the VAPE CDI.

Unlike the series CDI from Piaggio, the VAPE CDI does not have a direct ground connection to the ignition base plate. Therefore the VAPE CDI need a good ground connection to the engine case.

If the CDI is not fixed to the engine case or you want to create another ground connection for safety reasons, you can easily do this with the cable shown here.
We recommend to provide the body of the CDI (or its retaining cup) with the ground cable shown here.

MOUNTING
Simply screw one side to the galvanized holding plate of the CDI, the other side to the bare metal of the engine case.

  • 6mm ring eye - 12cm cable - 6mm ring eye.

  • Material:

  • Silicone cable

  • 1,00 mm2
