Drilling template including drilling adapter for reworking the small (80-150cc) largeframe engine housing to 200cc cylinder

By modifying the engine block, it is finally possible to fit a Quattrini M232 cylinder(3331179 ) together with the BGM long-stroke crankshaft(BGM031125G) with 60mm stroke and 125mm connecting rod. The result is a whopping 244cc and rear wheel power in the range of up to 30hp
.APPLICATION
The adapter is attached to the engine housing in the conventional M7 stud bolt holes (screws are included with the adapter). The drill adapter is screwed into one of the four free M8 threads. Using a Ø5mm steel drill bit, the pilot holes for the new M8 stud bolts can now be drilled at exactly the right angle in the correct position. The adapter is then removed. The actual core hole (Ø6.8mm) for the M8 thread can then be drilled. Ideally, this should be done on a pillar drill to ensure that the holes are drilled at right angles. The adapter plate is then refitted and the M8 threads contained therein are used to guide the tap and set the final M8 threads in the engine block.
NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS
The motor housing must be welded/filled in two places to provide a solid material base for the threads. These are the lower stud bolt in the small motor half (Lima side) and the upper stud bolt in the large motor half
