Cylinder -SIMONINI 250cc Ø72.8mm, fits Lambretta Killercase MMW engine case. The well-known MINI 2 Evo BigBore with original Simonini piston with 18 mm piston pin is machined to fit under the original cylinder cowling.

When delivered, the Simonini cylinders have a rather tight piston to bore running clearance, which leads to a rather long running-in period. We have this running clearance corrected to a dimension of 0.05 - 0.06 mm by the company A-Z Zweitakt-Power, which is more than renowned beyond motorsport. This means that the cylinder is fully throttle-proof after half a tank of fuel. (Of course, the carburettor and ignition setting needs to be correct.)

The concept of the Killercase is designed as an Über-Touring engine! Even with a 30 mm carb and our bgm Big Box Sport, the 30 hp mark at the rear wheel can be reached or exceeded.

Further advantages of the Killercase concept:
  • Decompression bore for easy starting
  • Torque from idle
  • 2 % oil mixture is sufficient, as the inlet is located above the crankshaft and the lower connecting rod bearing is already sufficiently lubricated
  • Unobtrusive, almost standard appearance, only visible under the side covers
  • Can be ridden without modifications to the sheet metal parts and with the standard tank
