Cylinder head MRP CNC for Malossi 210/221ccm

Solid, from the full milled CNC aluminium cylinder head.
Manufactured in Germany, suitable for Malossi tuning cylinders for Vespa Rally200, PX200, Cosa200.

Available in Race and Touring.

TOURING
Tuning cylinder head for Malossi 210 MHR and Sport, milled entirely from the solid aluminium piece. Both cylinders (versions with 2 piston rings) can be driven with this head with 60mm long stroke without the need of a gasket. Also the old Malossi 210 can be driven with this head (crimp is about 0,15mm bigger)

This head is perfect for light to medium power engines up to about 30 HP. Ideal for road engines with SIP Road, BGM BigBox, SIP Performance, RZ Evo, PM Exhaust, JL etc.. The head has an integrated stroke compensation for a crankshaft with 60mm stroke.

Greatly increased cooling surface due to cooling fins on both sides and full-surface flow of the air stream. Modern combustion chamber design with optimum performance yield and extremely low susceptibility to ringing. Completely milled from the solid. No casting blowholes or breaking heads (no special case!). Manufactured for spark plugs with long thread (we recommend Bosch W3CC).

Compression at Malossi 210 with 60mm long stroke crankshaft and 1,2mm squeezing gap: 12,2:1

Please note:
The original cylinder cover has to be machined a little bit for the cylinder head.
But this is done in 5 minutes with a side cutter.
The spark plug hole has to be slightly widened and at the air outlet some space for the bigger cooling fins has to be created.
