This is the entry into the world of Lambretta racing shafts.

The shaft is based on very good Italian crank webs. The shaft is assembled with European quality bearings and so this shaft can become a faithful companion even in high revving engines. Due to the further outward moved connecting rod pin this shaft has 60 mm stroke. Thanks to the 110 mm connecting rod there is a wide range of possibilities to change the timing. So the cylinder can be lowered quite easily to reduce too long overcurrent times. A spacer with less than 3 mm thickness is simply used to compensate for the longer connecting rod.
Either the connecting rod or the engine housing may have to be ground in accordance with manufacturing tolerances.
