Description


POLINI Highend Racing shaft for direct intake cylinders. The shaft features an extremely high-quality finish. The finish leaves nothing to be desired.
The immense development work of the Polini engineers is not least reflected in the elaborate balancing of the shaft. Resin-filled balancing holes are used next to the crankpin and very heavy tungsten weights on the opposite side. The result is a low-vibration motor run with corresponding performance advantages. Sufficiently dimensioned lubrication slots and racing bearings ensure high reliability. The connecting rod is heavy and solid and CNC finished.
The solid cheek shaft is specially designed for directly sucked cylinders. And the 52.8 mm stroke is due to the Italian racing series. The connecting rod length is now 102 mm instead of 97 mm. The crankcase has to be spindled to house the crank webs inside the case.
For the solid web shaft Polini offers a special bearing and shaft seal kit.
