PLEUEL BGM PRO FOR VESPA PX200 WITH CYLINDER QUATTRINI M232/244, VMC244 Explorer
High-strength, forged connecting rod with fine CNC finishing.
A longer connecting rod improves the connecting rod ratio. It reduces vibrations over the entire speed range and audibly reduces the tilting moment of the piston in the reverse positions. Depending on the selected length and concept of the cylinder used, a suitable spacer is required for the cylinder base. The connecting rod is suitable for crankshafts with Ø20mm crankpins.
Length of axis centers: 128mm
Bore of crankpin: Ø26mm
Crank pin: Ø20mm, L=39mm incl. thrust washers (0.6mm) and bearing with silver cage
Bore of connecting rod eye: Ø22mm
Connecting rod bearing: Ø16mm (16x20x20mm)
(can also be used for piston pin Ø15mm with special bearing 7672564)
Bottom connecting rod width: 14mm
Outer diameter connecting rod bottom: Ø34mm
Connecting rod top width: 14mm
Outer diameter top connecting rod: Ø29mm
Material thickness of connecting rod sword: 6mm
Clevis pin bore with lubrication slots and lubrication pockets
Connecting rod eye top with 2 lubrication holes
Connecting rod eye at bottom with chamfer for crankshafts with rotary valve
By using a bearing for conversion, pistons with a Ø15mm piston pin can also be used. With the exception of the connecting rod length and the lower crank pin, the connecting rod corresponds to the standard dimensions of a PX200 connecting rod.
