Polini embraces the trend of innovative reverse clutch technology, as used in the high-end Kingwelle clutch, and offers the HT Clutch, in which the light hub, rather than the heavier clutch basket, is directly connected to the crankshaft. The result? Reduced inertia, allowing smoother, faster, and more precise gear changes.

Optimized Design for Best Performance

  • Lightweight Aluminum Construction: Both the clutch basket and pad carrier are made of high-quality aluminum, reducing weight and enhancing performance.
  • Needle Bearing: A needle-bearing hub minimizes friction and further improves shifting behavior.
  • Aluminum Friction Plate Option: For racing, Polini offers optional aluminum friction plates, which provide excellent grip-ideal for maximum performance on the track.

Customizable Features

  • Adjustable Spring Tension: The spring tension can be individually adjusted using spacers.
  • Replaceable Clutch Gear: The steel gear is screwed to the aluminum basket and can easily be swapped for models with more or fewer teeth as needed.
