The Kingwelle clutch is, like the famous Kingwelle crankshafts, a product born in racing. It is the final solution for all those who constantly demand everything from their extremely powerful engine. Be it in acceleration races or in ambitious race track operation. Engine power in the range of 40-70HP are conveyed by the Kingwelle clutches sovereign to the rear wheel.
By the use of extremely high-quality basic materials the clutch works nearly wear-free. However, all individual parts of the clutch are also available separately. The clutch kit also includes the clutch basket including (so-called) primary repair kit (reinforced cover plate for the springs of the shock absorber).

RECOMMENDATIONS
Oil fill quantity engine case: 400ml (600ml for Quattrini cases)
Oil type: Motul 7100 10W40
Clutch cover: Type Vespa PK XL2 (here the pressure mushroom presses centrally on the release bearing. In addition, the lever is reduced by a toothing = easier to pull)
Do not preload the lever so that the thrust bearing does not run under continuous load (danger of a defect of the release bearing whereby metal parts can get into the gearbox).
The clutch lever of the cover should be unactuated approx. 5-10mm in front of a 90° angle to the Bowden cable of the clutch cable. When the clutch lever is actuated, the clutch lever swings back and forth over the 90° angle => largest lever movement => maximum disengagement travel.
If spring stiffnesses are mixed, then only in symmetrical arrangement. Spring stiffnesses e.g. L or XL are different from manufacturer to manufacturer - do not mix!
