Compared to conventional brake lines, SPIEGLER steel braided lines use an extremely age-resistant inner core made of PTFE (Teflon®). For mechanical protection and to improve the pressure point, it is enclosed in a braided stainless steel mesh.

The brake pressure can go nowhere with such a line except to the brake caliper. The pressure point is clearly defined, the feedback at the brake lever is absolutely direct.
