By filling with battery acid (not included), the battery is ready for use within a short time (~1h). The filling should be done with appropriate protective equipment (goggles, gloves) and suitable tools (funnel and paper towels if necessary). Fill the acid up to the maximum mark, wait approx. 5min. and refill if necessary. Then allow the battery to outgas for approx. 1h and then reinsert the previously removed plugs (side ventilation must remain open).
