Description
With this battery, we offer the best of both worlds: The original look of the 60s and 70s in a black housing, paired with the low-maintenance and user-friendly AGM lead-gel technology.
With this technology, the battery acid is embedded in a glass fiber fleece, which means that the battery can be installed in any position.
NOTE: The battery housing contains a conventional industrial battery that does not have the same capacity (Ah) as the original. This is due to the standardized dimensions of today's industrial batteries. A modern battery with the same capacity as the original factory-fitted battery would be significantly larger. It would therefore no longer fit into the vehicle-specific installation space. As a rule, however, the specified capacity is completely sufficient for the intended use, as no consumers with high power consumption (e.g. electric starters) are operated in the end-of-life vehicles.

Please note! A battery deposit of €7.50 is charged on batteries in addition to the purchase price.
Batteries contain lead and must therefore not be disposed of with household waste (§ 12 Battery Ordinance of March 27, 1998). For this purpose, they are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin with the chemical symbol of the heavy metal (Pb=lead) which is decisive for the classification as containing harmful substances. In Germany, consumers are obliged (§ 7 BattV) to return used batteries to the seller or a municipal collection point. Due to the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, it is not possible to return used batteries by mail order. For this reason, we either offer you the option of returning them to our branches or you can simply have the deposit slip (enclosed with every battery we send) stamped at a local collection point. If you send it to us with sufficient postage, stating your customer number and bank details, we will refund the €7.50 deposit immediately. The batteries are delivered dry and pre-charged. Battery acid is not included in the scope of delivery. This may not be sent by post.
