Advance notice for the Maximum Speed Festival near Cologne

Saturday the 2nd of August will show us the scooter with the fastest terminal speed. The event will take place at the air field Meinerzhagen near Cologne.
Which scooter can achieve the fastest terminal speed in Europe?
Any record breakers out there?
